2.1 Personalised Products

Many of our items are custom-made based on your instructions. Please ensure all spellings, dates, and design details are correct before confirming your order. We create items exactly as provided. 

2.2 Custom Designs

Where artwork or templates are created specifically for you, these remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Event Services

For on-site engraving or event setups:

. Safe access and a suitable working area must be provided.

. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe setups or conditions.

. Event booking may require a deposit

3.1 Order Conformation

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been recieved.

3.2 Payment Methods

We Accept the payment methods listed on our website or marketplace listings.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4 Production & Delivery

4.1 Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product and season. Estimated times will be provided at checkout or during enquiry.

4.2 We use trusted delivery providers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 Hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

5 Returns & Refunds

5.1 Personalised Items

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

. The item is faulty

. We made an error in production

5.2 Non Personalised Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5.3 Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund it inline with UK consumer law.

6 Cancelations

6.1 Custom Orders

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

6.2 Event Bookings

Event deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.

7 Intellectual Property

All products designs, artwork, templates, photos and written content on this website are the property of Richard's Laser Creations unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

8 Liability

We are not liable for:
